All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Billing begins at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in US Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to use The GymShark to:
You retain ownership of all data you input into The GymShark, including member information, payment records, and attendance data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your gym members for data collection and processing.
The GymShark platform, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by The GymShark and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The GymShark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold The GymShark harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The GymShark operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
